Telephone support

Our telephone support is available to customers with the CLASSIC and FLEX editions from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 am and from 2 pm - 4 pm. If you need a longer appointment with one of our support staff outside of these hotline hours, please arrange this on the hotline. Our hotline support is charged at 2€ / minute* plus VAT.
