With the help of MyView, we give you the reins and let you decide for yourself what is displayed where on the mask. Individual views can also be created and saved for different roles and tasks. Arrange items, hide information - the MyView makes it possible.

MyView also comes in handy in the area of orders, allowing the standard view to be customized according to your needs and depending on your role in the company. Thus, nothing stands in the way of error-free picking as well as fabulous customer service.

In addition to this enhanced flexibility, the new OrderUI offers more clarity and absolute focus through reduced information density, making it easier to get started with the system. A new list and detail view, as well as configurable buttons and filters are already implemented, an efficient compact view will follow shortly.

EMAILBUILDER & MESSENGER

Communication by the book.

After a successful checkout, the focus lies on the important touchpoints where customer satisfaction and loyalty are achieved through excellent service.

Within our CRM module, the Messenger now provides a single place where all customer communications across all sales channels converge. In addition, the new EmailBuilder allows you to design engaging, multilingual email templates using an intuitive drag-and-drop editor.

With the new DocumentBuilder, we have built the mandatory requirements and stacked a cherry on top. As a result, the wide range of functions of the existing solution for setting up documents was combined with new requirements. Thanks to extended customizability, documents can now be set up according to marketplace-specific guidelines more easily. In addition, electronic invoice formats can be used - securely and GoBD-compliant.

The cherry on top: We have created a user-friendly interface that enables easy setup and generates massive savings in time.

Meanwhile, the new frontend ensures high flexibility and customizability. Mobile-first, open source, headless commerce - with plentyShop PWA we are prepared for every buzzword.

The marketplace platform Mirakl and its advanced technology enables large retailers to turn their own store into a marketplace and allow merchants to sell on it.

Our standard integration ensures a smooth connection to these new marketplaces, so you can quickly and easily benefit from even more sales channels, faster deployment and more sales. The Mirakl integrations can be managed through the catalogue in plentymarkets, so you can operate in your familiar environment.

With our Kaufland integration, you can use the additional reach for efficient international growth by centrally managing orders from different delivery countries. In addition, Kaufland offers onboarding support in terms of country-specific legal advice, sales optimization and first-level support.

Being the renowned shop system that it is, Shopify is characterized by high flexibility and creative freedom in the frontend and offers a platform for the development of appealing online stores. 

With our certified app, we have released a new connection that is fully integrated in the Shopify backend and establishes the exchange of item, customer and order data. It is available for free in the Shopify app store, is maintained and further developed by us and allows you to use an unbeatable system combination.

PAYPAL CHECKOUT

Being future-proof pays off.

The new PayPal Checkout has already been launched at the start of the year. Our integration is being continuously developed and combines all international payment options as well as the important payment methods Pay in 3 and purchase on invoice. You benefit from a solution based on state-of-the-art technology that will soon also be used in Austria and Switzerland.

CATALOGUE MASTERTEMPLATE

plentyCatalogue enables the fast and standardized transfer of item data to various marketplaces. Until now, it was necessary to set up separate catalogues for each category of a marketplace - the Mastertemplate will put an end to this.

With this template, selected fields can be assigned across catalogues, so only specific configurations will have to be maintained in individual catalogs. This approach ensures that you can set up high-performance item exports to marketplaces with significantly less effort and adjust them across the board.

PLENTYWAREHOUSE

More performance to your warehouse.

Our new warehouse app replaces the blue app and is packed with new, enhanced and improved functionalities for warehouse operations. Here, more flexibility is provided by controls to switch between functions, a configurable voice output is implemented to help with picking, and high performance is achieved by using a native app. Warehouse location inspection, extended incoming goods and simple inventory correction - plentyWarehouse will soon offer everything you need for successful processes.

Over a year ago, we launched the plentyOneMillion initiative, which aimed to set up our platform so that you can process more than 1,000,000 orders per month with plentymarkets. By doing so, we want to offer you the maximum possibilities to scale your business in e-commerce.

After having already made relevant adjustments in many areas of the system, the important inventory determination has now been intensively analyzed, optimized and tested. Inventory determination and its communication to all sales channels quickly represented a bottleneck, the upcoming integration now brings this to an end.
